-Domestic violence III and criminal mischief II from the 3900 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a front windshield destroyed on a 2002 Acura 3.5 RL.

-Domestic violence II, assault II, from the 5800 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3500 block of North Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the back entrance of Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana (govt/public building).

-Theft of property I from the 100 block of Elyton Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a 2 carat diamond engagement ring center round diamond with smaller diamonds on the sides with platinum band valued at $10,000.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 700 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (other/unknown).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 100 block of Rosewood Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were two Western Union valued at $110 and an American Red Cross valued at $11.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from CR-71 and New Shelby Peninsula, Shelby (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from CR-47 at Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Hickory Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Recovered were a silver and black Pilot ink pen valued at $1 and a Moto X smartphone with black Otterbox.
